Privacy Policy for visitors entering the company’s premises
JAS Asset Public Company Limited (the “Company”) would like to inform those who enter the Company’s area that (1) the Company has intalled a CCTV camera system within the area, in this regards, the CCTV cameras may capture your face, whether clearly or not; and/or (2) the Company is obliged to record details of entry and exit within the Company’s premises, which may include exchaning an ID or identity card of the incoming and outing visitors with the Visitor Card
For clarity about the Terms and Conditions for collectiong, using and processing personal data of the person who enter the area of the Company. Therefore, the Company has a purpose to inform the Privacy Policy of those who enter in the area of this company. The Company may update and modify this Policy from time to time in accordance with the need for the Company’s processing of all pesonal data and in accordance with appliable laws. The Company will announce to you through various communication channels that the Company has with you.
While you enter the Company premise, the Company may collect your personal information, including (1) a photographe of your face recorded through a CCTV system; (2) Name, surname, contact information, detailed information on the purpose of entering the Company’s premise. These will be filled on forms that the Company may use to record visitors in and out, or it may be the case that your agency has provided your name and information to the Company in order to Request permission to enter the premise. In which case the Company receives information from your agency, the Company will assume that your agency has the lawful right to forward and disclose your personal information to the Company legally and/or (3) Your identification card or other identity document which the Company will keep in exchange for the Visitor Card.
The Company is obliged to process the personal data of those who enter the Company’s premises, for the sake of securing the facility and yours, as a person entering the place including the safety of other people.
For your identify card information, the Company will return the identity card to you immediately when you redeem the visitor card to the Company. And the information recorded in the CCTV system will be kept for a period of 45 days, and the site visitor form will be retained for review for a period of 3 months, except in cases where the Company may need to use such information to defend against any rights the Company may have against visitors to the premises. The Company reserves the right to keep such information for a reasonable period of time according to the legal age.
In principle, the Company will not disclose all of your personal information that the Company collects to third parties, unless it is necessary for the purpose of exercising claims from affecting the rights of others, using the Company’s right to defend itself as the owner of the premises or in the case of compliance with orders of government agencies or other statutory duty only to prevent unreasonably affecting your rights.
The Company guarantees the security of the information stored with appropriate standards as stipulated under appliable la nd the Company pays attention to and respects the rights as the owner of your personal data.
