Development and management of the space in the form of community markets
In 2012, the Company decided to expand its businesses to property-development and community-market management sector. Targeted development areas are flea markets, fresh markets, etc. The Company has rented the plots of land/buildings from landowners, developed them, and then leased space to retail tenants under ‘J Market’ brand. As of 31 December 2021, the Company has managed 3 community markets under the name J Market, which include
- J Market @ Amonphan Kaset
- J Market Sai Ma
- Dernplern Market
The Community Market where you can access easily food, goods and healthy living products.
Development and Management of Community Markets
The first J Market was set up at Amonphan Market opposite the Kasetsart University. Known as “J Market @ Amonphan Kaset”, this market has received warm response from locals and students in Kaset area. In 2014, the Company rolled out two more J-Market projects – one at Kheha Thani 4 Village on Ratpattana Road and the other on Ban Sai Ma Road. In 2015, the Company initiated the Dernplern Market project (previously known as J Night Lad Pla Kao) on Lad Pla Kao Road
