COVID-19 Privacy Notice

JAS Asset Public Company Limited (the “Company”), as the premise owner who is obliged under the Disease Control Act (the “Act”) to collect and notify the relevant government authorities in case that there is any person who is affected or suspected to get affected by the disease of COVID-19 entering into the Company’s premise, would like to inform the visitor entering into the Company’s premise (the “Visitor”) that the Company would need to collect the temperature and health information of the Visitor as well as any other relevant information (i.e. the past travel information) which are considered sensitive personal identifiable information (“Personal Data”) for the performance of the Company’s legal obligations under the relevant Act; provided that the Company would need to store those Personal Data for the period of time as instructed or guided by the relevant government authorities, in particular the disease control officers, or for any other period of time that the Company may considers necessary for the Company to perform the defined legal obligations in the most efficient manner; provided that the Company undertakes to implement the best practice in maintaining the information security of those Personal Data under the legal framework of the relevant laws.

The Company undertakes not to disclose the Personal Data to any person, except only in case that the Company is obliged by the relevant government authorities’ instruction to disclose the suspicious case to those government authorities.

In case of any query relating to this Privacy Notice or should the Visitor like to exercise any rights that the Visitor may have under the applicable laws, including right to get access, to request for copy, to revise your Personal Data, to object to the process of your Personal Data, to request for data portability and to request for the deletion of your Personal Data when there is no further necessity to process the Personal Data, please feel free contact us at:
