In case that you have contacted JAS Asset Public Company Limited (the “Company”) in order for the Company to contact you back via various communication channel, the Company would like to inform you that the Company would need to collect and use your Personal Data (the “Personal Data”) under this Privacy Notice. Upon the submission of your Personal Data to the Company, the Company shall deem that you accept and agree to this Privacy Notice.
Once you contacted the Company via various online communication channel, including without limitation corporate website, the Company would need to process the following Personal Data of you: (a) your full name; (b) your contact information (i.e. telephone number, email); and (c) any other Personal Data that you may be giving to the Company during the communication
Also, once you visited the corporate website, the Company would collect the technical identifier of yours including IP Address and other technical information of your devices that are used to connect to the Company’s website (if any) and with the consent given by you, various types of Cookies in order to track your behavior on our website.
The Company would need to process your Personal Data as defined above for the following purposes:
- To respond back to your request that you have contacted to the Company (i.e. respond back with the clarification or other responses back and/or managing complaint or feedback that you may provide to the Company)
- To build and improve the business relationship between you and the Company, in particular to assure quality control, to analyze and manage any concern or problem relating to the service provided by the Company to you;
- To assess your interest in order to improve our service, in particular the Company’s analysis and assessment methodology with an intention to improve our service to match with your interest for better relationship between you and the Company.
The Company would need to process and store your Personal Data for the purposes defined above for so long as the Company would still have the duty to perform any services to you as per your request and for the reasonable period of time to assess the quality of the Company’s services to you.
Generally, your Personal Data shall be kept in strict confidence yet in some circumstances, the Company may need to disclose your Personal Data to the third party service provider to whom the Company has engaged to support the Company in providing supports and services to you; provided that the Company shall only disclose your Personal Data under the specific scope and on the necessary basis.
The Company undertakes that the Company shall use the most appropriate security measures to prevent the unauthorized access, amendment or disclosure of the Personal Data in any form or in any circumstance by either internal or external persons and the Company commits to review those measures on the regular basis in compliance with the applicable laws.
The Company respects your right as the data subject that you shall be entitled to under the applicable laws and you can contact the Company to exercise any of the rights as follows: right to get access, to request for copy, to revise your Personal Data, to object to the process of your Personal Data, to request for data portability and to request for the deletion of your Personal Data when there is no further necessity to process the Personal Data.
